Fr Francis was ordained on July 21, 1990 and belongs to the Catholic Diocese of Sunyani.

He is a graduate of the Catholic University of America, Washington, DC, USA, School of Canon Law.

Fr Francis Kwadwo Osei served in the seminary for ten (10)years as a formator and lecturer in Canon Law after which he went on Sabbatical. He has returned from Sabbatical and he continues to work tirelessly as a lecturer in the seminary.
